WHO & WEF Depopulation and Slavery plan is poised to convene the 77th World Health Assembly (WHA) from May 27 to June 1, 2024, at the luxurious InterContinental Hotel in Geneva, Switzerland.
This in-person meeting of the WHA, the WHO's decision-making body, will bring together senior representatives from governments, multilateral organizations, and the private sector to deliberate on two international legal instruments intended to expand WHO’s authority in identifying and managing health emergencies.
The two documents—(1) Amendments to the 2005 International Health Regulations (IHR) and (2) A Pandemic Treaty, termed ‘ÇA+’ by the WHO—represent an ambitious attempt to establish monopoly power in global health governance under the guise of pandemic preparedness.
These instruments, if adopted and approved by member states, would fundamentally transform the WHO into the world’s “global health authority.” The draft IHR amendments propose new powers for the WHO during health emergencies, broadening the scope within which they can be utilized. The draft CA+ (‘treaty’) aims to support the bureaucracy, financing, and governance underpinning the expanded IHR amendments.
Under the pretense of a “One Health” approach, these proposals would grant the WHO sweeping powers, centralizing authority in the hands of its Director General. The reach of the WHO would extend into areas of governance on food economies, the environment, and the allocation of national resources.
If implemented, the IHR Amendments and the Pandemic Treaty would together grant administrative authority to unelected and unaccountable bureaucrats at the WHO. These unilateral, wide-ranging decisions would primarily benefit those involved in the public-private partnerships that control the financial and political machinery of the WHO.
This latest power grab by the WHO must be vehemently opposed for the following reasons:
Binding Regulations: Changes the existing IHR provisions from non-binding “advice” to legally binding regulations.
PHEIC Declarations: Empowers the WHO to declare a Public Health Emergency of International Concern (PHEIC), which can mandate national governments to impose border closures, lockdowns, mandated medical examinations, and vaccinations.
Expanded Authority: Increases the WHO Director General’s authority to unilaterally declare a PHEIC.
Regional Powers: Empowers Regional Directors to declare regional public health emergencies.
Broad Definitions: Expands the definitions of pandemics and health emergencies.
Pandemic Bureaucracy: Establishes a new $30 billion per year international health authority to develop global “allocation plans for health products” (including vaccines).
Censorship Support: Requires member states to suppress information diverging from WHO opinions.
Health Surveillance: Sets up extensive health surveillance systems in all member states, monitored by the WHO.
Resource Control: Grants WHO control over national resources, including financial contributions for health emergencies.
Human Rights Removal: Replaces respect for dignity and human rights with principles of equity and inclusivity, shifting the focus away from individual freedoms.
The WHO's push for expanded power is not just a bureaucratic maneuver; it is a direct threat to national sovereignty, medical ethics, and individual autonomy. Historical precedents from the Covid-19 crisis demonstrate the potential for coercive and oppressive actions under such expanded authority.
The Nuremberg Code of 1947, the Geneva Declaration for doctors in 1948, the Declaration of Geneva of the World Medical Association, the Belmont Report, and UNESCO’s Universal Declaration on Bioethics and Human Rights in 2005 all underscore the importance of informed consent and respect for human dignity. The WHO’s current proposals stand in direct opposition to these long-standing principles.
The WHO, a UN agency with no national legal oversight and no accountability, seeks to establish itself as a global health dictator. Its proposed treaty and amendments aim to create an internationally coordinated bio-surveillance regime that will strengthen its authority and undermine national and individual autonomy.
This latest power grab by the WHO must be rebuked and rejected by all citizens and governments worldwide. The potential for a future of “declared pandemics” and “perpetual lockdowns” that strip away inalienable human rights and bodily autonomy is a clear and present danger that demands immediate and resolute opposition.
